They were willing to be at our office within hours of us reaching them. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a base hourly rate of $125 an hour, however, we have contracts set up to give our small business customers a garunteed number of hours a month we will service them at a reduced hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call the phone number provided in our profile to speak with our sales manager, who will then direct your issue to an IT professional so we can have your problem solved as soon as possible.
