This pro did a very good job on my project. The problem tI had with them, which is a very serious problem is that they did not pull a permit for the plumbing nor the electrical work for my renovation. They knew that they should’ve pulled the permits , but they did not and that delayed my ability to rent out my unit and update my insurance for almost 6 months . These permits were obtained in arrears and that is only because I insisted upon it. Be very wary of using this company.

Had lots of drywall repairs to be done. Seamless texturizing and painting. Workers were very attentive to meeting high standards of workmanship; they demonstrated great pride in their work and expertise. Did a terrific job of protecting furnishings as they worked. Upon completion, all household items and flooring were cleaned. A pleasure to work with the crews. A pleasure to see the outstanding results.

If you are looking for a great contractor company to do the work you need, stop looking and hire Southern Superior Construction! I found myself in a situation of using a contractor I knew and trusted, who ended up way over budget, who was not doing a quality job, who no-showed quite often, and came and went as they pleased. Since I wanted the exterior work finished before I turned 80, I fired them, interviewed over a dozen companies and hired Southern Superior Construction. The pricing was fair, but even better, the quality of work is fantastic! The crews that were here was super nice and paid close attention to detail. I am very pleased with the result, and I think you will be too with your project. Thank you, Joey and Eris, for rescuing me out of a very bad situation!!
