- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labrador Construction Co. offer 3% referral payouts or 5% off any project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A in person walk through to figure out the clients needs and wants for the project. After the walk through the Labrador Construction Co. team will work on a project price/ budget. Once price/ budget is approved by the client a contract will be signed by the client and Labrador Construction Co. After all the work has been completed a final in person walk through with client before tuning the job over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal experience in residential and commercial construction. (trade work and Construction management experience.)
