- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my pricing is fixed and competitive and will not increase once the job is started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at the job, and discussed the options(if necessary) with the customer and provide an estimate and a completion time. I also guarantee my labor (in some cases) and follow up with the customer after the work is completed , if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a stationary engineer license in the state of Maryland, to work on air conditioning system. I also worked for a home improvement company .
