- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught as a Marine to know about accountability and leadership. Managing a crew on a job site requires clear communication, direct expectations, and taking ownership when an installation doesn't go as planned.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started doing windows over 20 years ago with a big national company. I was tired of the BS upselling and overcharging and decide I can help people on my own.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You might think, "it's just a window" but I'd recommend looking at the different ones when you get a quote. I'd also ask how long it'll take to get the windows. Some companies are 3+ months backed up.
