Carlos and his team were fantastic! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain it in layman’s terms and talk through multiple options for fixing it. I had a leak causing an extensive plumbing and drywall issue in my home, which was extremely stressful as a very recent first time homeowner but knowing that someone trustworthy and professional was taking care of it put my mind at ease. Carlos is also very responsive, easy to work with and his pricing is very fair. I would recommend him to anyone in the area with any plumbing/remodeling needs.

I hired Modern Restoration when my house flooded 2 weeks ago. Carlos responded to my inquiry within minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. His thorough inspection revealed water under the carpet across majority of our home, must more than we thought or could see. Carlos and his team got to work immediately on the restoration work and replaced the water heater (that caused all the damage). I decided to also hire them for the renovations and repair. Carlos has the best team aligned, they worked quickly and efficiently to repair, repaint our entire house and replace all the flooring in a week. I can’t thank Modern Restoration enough, they showed up on our worst day and turning disaster into beauty. Carlos worked within our budget to deliverer top notch quality and service with minimal out of pocket cost to us. I will definitely plan to work with them again on some non-emergency house renovations.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job to resolve my leaking driveway. They ran a new line from the water meter through the walls in the garage. New water line works great, and the walls were repaired and looking new. Highly recommend!
