- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of your home bedroom count, bathroom count, and the type of service you need. We give you an exact quote upfront so there are no surprises on the bill. For recurring clients, we offer discounts based on frequency. Weekly service saves 20%, biweekly saves 15%, and monthly saves 10% off the one-time price. No long-term contracts required you can adjust or cancel your schedule anytime. If it's your first time getting a professional cleaning, your first visit is always priced as a deep clean. This gets your home to a clean baseline so every visit after that is just maintenance. We also offer add-on services like inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior windows, baseboards, and more. Those are priced individually and you only pay for what you want. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. We ask for that because our team has already blocked off time for your home. Commercial and post-construction jobs are quoted separately based on square footage and scope. No hidden fees. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You give us a call and we walk you through everything over the phone. We ask about your home how many bedrooms and bathrooms, what type of cleaning you're looking for, and if there's anything specific you want us to focus on. We also ask if you have ever had your house cleaned professionally. From that call, we give you a free quote on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning technicians come with years of hands-on residential cleaning experience before they ever step into a client's home. We don't hire people and hope they figure it out. Every cleaner we bring on has prior professional experience and goes through our onboarding process before their first job. We work off detailed cleaning checklists for every service type standard, deep clean, move-in/move-out, post-construction so the quality is consistent no matter who's on the job. Our team knows which products to use on which surfaces, how to clean efficiently without cutting corners, and how to treat a client's home with respect. We're also fully insured and bonded, and every technician is background-checked before they're assigned to any property.
