- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we contact the customer and offer them a complete free onsite estimate. When the meeting is schedule we take the time to go over every small detail the customer wants to include in the project. After we take a look and see all the scope of the project, we spend time with the customer to answer as many questions as they might have, we make sure they know what product we will be using, all the procedures we follow and how our company works. We also offer them different types of paint products to adjust their budgets. After the estimate is reviewed by the customer we try our best to keep an open communication and answer all questions that develop during the estimate to make the process easier. If the estimate is approved- we work around our customers schedule to make the project convenient for their schedule and their timing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, if you are new in home improvement projects, educate yourself, research about what you want to get done, gather as much ideas, discuss with other people (professionals) what more or likely you would like. Remember every body have different ideas, different taste, different perspectives. Don't be embarrassed or afraid to ask questions or to express your opinion. Also, get references from potential painters; get in touch with previous clients and listen to their advise and their reference on the painter. Most important, don't go with the first one, but also don't go with the cheapest one. It may be mind blown to hear a low price, but keep in mind the expectation you may have on your final project may not the be the outcome of a cheap painter.
