What’s not to like about Auggie and my experience with CARM’MERICA Painting? I found Auggie on Thumbtack and reached out. He contacted me that night and was over to quote the next day and at the time stated. Now, anyone who has worked with contractors in the past know that this alone is impressive. But let me continue. Auggie is so kind, so friendly, and so professional. He walked me through the whole process and had a quote to me that night. He didn’t lay on any pressure tactics and made me feel very comfortable accepting his quote, A, because his communication, and B, he gave me a fair quote. Now on to the job. We got this booked at an agreeable time and aside from some rain delays (our project was outside), we were off to the races. Auggie stopped by everyday to check in with his workers and with me, consistently making sure the job was being done at our standards. We had a very challenging fence to paint and we made sure that everything was covered, no problem. Auggie came for a final walk though and goodbye (till next time!). If you want a responsible, honest painter with top notch customer service skills, Auggie is your guy!!!!
