Floor Installation or Replacement

Alex did excellent work installing the tile for our kitchen floors. The tile have a faint geometric design, so I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to ensure the design matched. Alex is an experienced installer and will happily hire him for our next flooring install. Will add photos once the kitchen is complete!

Micheal organized my project and was responsive and transparent. He flawlessly dealt with my chaos and delays with a pleasant attitude (thank you again). Alex arrived thirty minutes ahead of schedule. Was friendly and equally knowledgeable. His work was seamless and he cleaned up after himself. Don't let the hourly rate intimidate you. I had several options for this little project but went with Georgia Appliance because of their reputation both on and off Thumbtack, coupled with the administrative presence that doesn't seem in place with many others. Worth every penny. Truly a painless process. Thank you very, very much Alex and Michael.

Alex came on time and did an excellent job repairing the main front door, part of the wooden was rotten and needed to be replaced and painted. Was a little pricy though.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    When we providing a quote, we always doing research on common prices in the metro area in comparison against Nationwide prices for a similar job to make sure that our customers will receive quality work at fair pricing. We also provide a discount for seniors and military personnel. Our company is fully insured with General Liability company.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We always welcome new customers. First of all, we are interview customers by phone or texting to identify the problem with their appliances. To determine the price for service, we are scheduling an appointment to estimate cost and time for repair. Our service call fee is $55 and waved with service cost over!$150. We always following up with the customers within the first three days to make sure they are delighted with our service. Also, the Labor warranty for 30 days always provided.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our team is always open to learning despite their current experience. We are attending professional forums and online pieces of training to make that we on the top of any innovation to serve our customers with the best service possible.
