Bill was very professional and did quality work. My job started with a door repair and ended up with same drywall and framing damage. He kept us informed during the entire process and he was able to do all the different types or repairs. I would hire him again if needed. Thanks.

Bill spent the entire day fixing our door jamb. Ours is an older house with surprises behind every wall, so it was a more complicated fix than he first bid. I doubled his original estimate in payment to make up for it. He did great work and really went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. I’d hire him again without thinking twice.

Bill was incredible. I asked him to build a new deck for me, and the results were fantastic. He is so meticulous in his application of construction practices and his knowledge of construction standards, which left me with a deck that I know was built properly, according to code, and beautiful. He was working everyday, even in shaky weather, and completed the project on time and on budget. There aren't enough stars to rate Bill and his work!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give a estimate based on the work discription and based on my labor rate. After seeing the work I will provide a accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I disclose an approximate quote based on a hourly rate. This quote could change up or down after seeing the work to be accomplished. If I am awarded the job I work with the customer plan the work and establish a completion schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education was as an engineer and as a Commercial Pilot. All of my skill in the building trades has been a file long pursuit.
