He came all the way to Smyrna and completed my survey.. He walked our lot and explained everything. I was emailed a copy of my survey and sent two hardcopies for future referencing..Outstanding Service with Awesome Surveyors!!

They were able to come out do a survey on our property and get the drawings out to us within 2 weeks. One suggestion I have is that you will need to keep following up on your order if you want it done on time. Also, if you end up using the Atlanta location and a British lady answers the phone just assume she will not follow up with you. Happened 3 times to us.
We primarily worked with Mark Wilson and he was great!!

I just had my survey done with Boundary Zone. The service was awesome. Steven was very nice and polite. He gave me my quote as soon as I requested it faster than any other company the price was less than what I was expecting to pay. They guaranteed the job and are very professional. Even if you get quoted a lower price by someone working from home I would recommend you go with Boundary Zone and save yourself a headache. They guarantee their work and make the whole process run smoothly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our particular field of work their tend to be many variables that come into play that can raise and lower the pricing of our surveys. Our customer service associates want to make sure that they are giving you the lowest price possible and the best way to assure that is communication.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first we like to try and establish contact between one of our great customer service associates and the client so that we can gather more information about what they need, phones work best because they leave the least room for miscommunication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Registered Land Surveyors complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education classes each year. Making them some of the most intelligent and well versed land surveyors you can find, providing you with the most accurate surveys and the quickest turnaround times
