Introduction: Life coaching can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. It is my job to aid you through these issues and help make strides in your day-to-day lives; I work with anyone who is experiencing and living with stressful moments in their lives such as divorce, loss of loved one, relationships, anxiety & dpression, lack of motivation, career counseling, and financial issues...The impact of chronic stress, depression, anxiety, anger, & physical distress... are often related to painful past traumas. My practice is devoted to offering our clients support while navigating through the difficult times and work into a place of peace, healing, and serenity.
