Introduction: I provide individual and group health and wellness coaching online and via telephone with an emphasis on functional nutrition, gut health, and discovering and addressing the root cause of illness and symptoms. In my current Heal Your Gut 301 Deep Dive Group, clients have experienced welcomed changes like the reduction of brain fog from an 8/10 to a 0/10, the reduction of fatigue from an 8/10 to a 2/10, and the reduction of rheumatoid arthritis pain so that NSAIDS are no longer needed in order to sleep comfortably at night. I also provide therapeutic massage and healing touch energetic balancing in Suwanee, GA. Clients have found that my nourishing bodywork brings balance and helps them to truly push the reset button and release many layers of accumulated stress that has been holding them back.
