- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced according to the amount of time it will take to complete. You will receive a detailed estimate within two days of the consultation. Typically the hourly rate for large organizing projects ranges from $65 an hour to $90 an hour depending on the amount of professionals needed to complete your job. Packing materials and bins/boxes are purchased for you at cost. Design Fees vary in accordance with the scope of work. After we discuss your project the fee schedule will be provided for you. Typically, a whole house design ranges from $1500 to $2000 depending on the size of the home. New build construction projects range from $4500 to $7000 while online design is a flat rate of $550 for a kitchen or bathroom design using a "do it yourself" approach. The hourly consultation rate is $100.
