- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new customer would be to access that person in the first three sessions. Find that customers, natural ability and their natural movement and perfect that for the next three weeks. Once that customer has perfected, those movements you move on to more challenging exercises to get that customer out of their comfort zone and building more confidence to try different exercises.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started personal training in 2000. I would always get questions about working out, so I started helping people as often as I could when I would go to the gym. I was offered my first personal training job while I was working out one day at the Crunch Fitness in Buckhead.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of customers. From the professional athletes to the average everyday person.
