Kevin is the best!!! I feel Kevin brings everything that a professional trainer should bring at a table, He knows your body type, he is not one of those online certified trainer, Kevin takes his knowlegde his passion by working you out in zones that truly need it, I went from zero energy to having so much energy, I look forward to working out because the workouts are not boring, Kevin is with you by your side to make sure your doing the exercise right, I have had many trainers before, Who will be on their phone while they make you exercise, nd frankly dont care, but kevin takes his job to the next level, so much that he even helps relax muscles when they are in pain, he teaches you streching, balance and so much more, I am glad found Kevin as my personal trainer!
You are the best!!! You are the one that has to get the job done. I am here to help you change your body through Fat loss, Cardio and Strength Training

I love Kevin! .... it’s the love/hate relationship you want to have with a trainer 🙂 lol I’ve been working out with Kevin for a little over 2 weeks now and I’ve noticed lots of improvements in my body (after the first few sessions actually). You can tell he cares about his work and he knows what he’s doing. Even when I dread doing the workouts, it always gets better when I actually go and finish because Kevin is just that amazing. He keeps me grounded in my weight loss goals, he’s supportive, and client oriented. I’m really glad I found him—he’s like the perfect combination of qualities I needed in a personal trainer (and I’m sure I’m not the best person to train lol) Thank you Kevin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... even if I don’t look like I’m grateful in our sessions lol

TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!Kevin is the TRUTH. What I mean by this is that he gets to know you as a person to see where your head is at and to see why you decided to start your journey to a healthier life. Kevin is awesome. He commits to helping me achieve my goals and adapts the workouts to keep things interesting and always challenging. I have hectic travel schedule, but Kevan works around my travel and gives me exercises to do while I travel to keep the momentum going. Kevan holds me accountable to a healthy eating plan so I don't sabotage myself. Kevan is the real deal. Easy to talk to and helps keep me motivated. I feel so much stronger mentally and physically because of this training. Women, do this for yourselves. It is worth the time and money.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We do not have surprises in our pricing. Our prices are fixed and based on the number of days you train. Our cost is $55 each session. Each session is 60 minutes, including a 10-minute warm-up and cool-down and stretch.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After initial Personal Training assessments. Weight Loss, Fat Loss, Flexibility, Balance, Strength Training with Treadmill for 5 minutes Core 15 minutes Upper body 15 minutes Lower body 15 minutes

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    NASM Certified. I have over 20 years of Personal Training experience. I am certified in Weight-Loss, Personal Training, Corrective Exercising, and Core Training.
