- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event. All rentals come with a standard backdrop, unlimited prints, and a file or Dropbox link of all photos taken.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In inital phone call about their requirements, availability. We then answer all their questions. If they decide to hire us, an order form will be completed online or by phone, then confirmation is sent and receipt for deposit. We then contact them a week prior to event to confirm times and designs for the photo prints. We arrive one hour early and provide professional service. After the event, we send an email requesting them to complete a survey and/or review.

Hands on training...we are all around kind people who knows a thing or two about customer service and how to PARTY!
