Nick and team at Premier PressureWashing and Reconditioning did an amazing job in our neighborhood. They pressurewashed all of the sidewalks, curbs, and curb gutters in our entire neighborhood and it looks fantastic! They also cleaned many driveways, walkways, decks, homes, and cleaned gutters at many homes. All of the work was top quality. Nick and team are extremely conscientious with awesome attention to detail. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently moved into our beautiful home and everything about it was perfect.. except the roof. The roof was so nasty and green and it looked absolutely awful! We didn’t know what to do about it, we thought we needed a new roof! Before we made the decision to get a new roof we started seeing ads for roof washes. Long story short Nick and his team came out to give us a quote and I was a little skeptical at first I admit, but after they were finished… we were in awe. Cleaned up our roof beautifully. Nick and his team were early, respectful and did an amazing job! Thank you again!! Definitely will be using them in the future!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do offer discounts to first time clients and to clients that package services together ex. driveway, house wash and a roof wash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when we first speak with a customer we will get a little information about the property and what the customers concerns are. From there, if able we will do a virtual estimate. If a virtual estimate is not possible then we will go to the property for inspection and talk with the customer about any other concerns they might have. After that we send the estimate to the customer and once they accept we get it on the schedule. Once job is complete we make sure the customer is happy and check one last time if there are any other concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of everything I do is self taught. Always has been. But with that comes countless hours of studying my industry and lots of trial and error. We are out of the trial and error stage and on to providing our customers with high quality work every time. With over 7 years in business we are a staple in our community.
