- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced and highly affordable. It’s rare you get price friendly , fast , and efficient all in one, but that’s what we provide. We offer student discounts, military, and senior citizen despite our already low hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting acquainted with one another through a short conversation where I’ll be asking for all the details of the upcoming service. When the estimate is agreed upon over the phone and explaining our 20% deposit ( payable via ******* ). I then request an ***** and pick up address. Email, so I can send over the ******* and the customer can submit their deposit payment to book their requested date and time. If it’s a bigger job then I request to do a walk through and repeat the companies booking procedures on site.
