Oscar and his team did a great job removing a huge oak tree that was hanging over my house. He explained the process and answered all of our questions. How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a boy, my father, my grandfather and I would go into the forest with our machetes in search of firewood to bring home. Wood was the main source of energy in my town because we had no gas or other resources to cook our food. My grandmother had a bakery so she used a lot of wood to cook the bread. We also cut trees to build our houses. It was hard work but I learned to appreciate nature and what it provided us.
