We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. A standard service call covers diagnosis and is waived if you hire us. Final pricing depends on parts and complexity. We also provide multi-service, senior, military, and returning-customer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to make your experience stress-free: Quick Call or Message We start by listening to your issue, asking a few key questions, and gathering photos if needed so we can understand the problem clearly. Upfront Estimate / Service Call We provide a clear estimate and explain the service call fee — which is always waived if you hire us for the repair. On-site Diagnosis We arrive on time, inspect the issue, and confirm the accurate repair cost before any work begins. No surprises. Professional Repair or Installation Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and safely. We carry common parts and materials to solve most issues the same day. Testing & Walk-Through We test everything, clean up the work area, and walk you through what was done to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Warranty & Follow-Up All work comes with a warranty, and we stay available after the job if you have questions or need additional help. Communication, honesty, and quality workmanship are our priorities with every customer.
