Mr. Kim came as he scheduled. He was very courteous and followed up with me before coming by. He did a few extra windows because I had miscounted a couple and did them because he was here. Did a great job. I'll use them again. I usually clean my windows 2 to 3 times a year.

We had a film or perhaps extra dirty windows and he stayed for hours trying to get them perfect and he definitely did make them perfect. Pricing is based on 2 factors: The amount of time the job will take, as well as the number of windows. This is set up so the homeowner feels like he/she is getting a fair deal in relation to friends and family who have referred us to them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our experience working with a new customer works as follows:
1. Inquiring with the customer about ALL the main services as well as miscellaneous services.
2. Finding a match in our schedule as well as his/her schedule.
3. Assessing the best initial quote suited for the customer.
4. Figuring out if there are friends/family on the same street or neighborhood who would like to be added to the queue for same day service to be eligible for discount.
5. Finalizing quote.
