- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a good personal service. Handling all aspects myself of the company. Making pricing more reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial introduction. We would share pictures or explain more in detail the project. Then if an online or phone quote can be done. We do so. Then, schedule an appointment for the service. If not then we schedule an appointment for a estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college. Studied electrical maintenance and construction, Blueprints and a safety management course. Also, have been involved in this line if work since childhood.
