This is difficult to rate. We had an appointment scheduled and received a message that he was going to have to reschedule for two hours later. That put our whole schedule for the day behind. He was semi-friendly when he came in. Unfortunately we had unexpected guests that caused a bit of a disruption. He hooked up the TV as a device that would only require to be run by apps; however, I needed to be connected to our internet. He had shoved all of the wires back into the hole and told me everything was fine. Fortunately the guests that were visiting knew how to connect it and got it working for me. However, the volume on the remote did not work and he left without testing that feature so I was several days trying to figure out what to do. I would also recommend better hygiene and appearance. Smelling like cigarette smoke is not pleasant going into other people's homes.
