Initial Contact & Discovery Call We start with a quick conversation (by phone, text, or email) where you tell me about your needs, goals, and timeline. Free Estimate or Consultation Based on our conversation, I’ll provide a customized quote or schedule a free consultation (virtual or in person, depending on the service). Planning & Scheduling Once you're ready to move forward, we agree on the details: scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and any materials or prep needed. Service Delivery I complete the work as agreed, with professionalism and clear communication throughout the process. I’m always happy to answer questions or adjust as needed to make sure you’re satisfied. Follow-Up & Support After the job is done, I follow up to ensure everything meets your expectations. I also offer ongoing support or maintenance if needed.
