- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm up front and straight forward with any potential customers, I try to cover their concerns before I start the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a face to face greeting,then get a good understanding on their needs and what time frame they need there job(s) completed.But let them know also up front their complete satisfaction is my number one goal..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had a basic plumbing course at the local tech school, had an 8 hour class on carpet cleaning.25 years operating construction/equipment.
