- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually talk with the customer by phone first to get an idea of the issues they are having. After that we set up a visit and look at the problem and then explain to the customer what it will take to fix it. Then we usually set up a day to do the project . Sometimes these three steps happen on the same day depending on the issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience in the plumbing field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work will all customers from home owners to commercial building owners.
