- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest for service, but we take pride in our work and provide unprecedented customer service. We communicate throughout each project thoroughly and follow through with our promises. All employees are background checked and vetted. You will not find a better, more professional group of people to work on your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to provide onsite quotes whenever possible. Getting to know our customers and what their expectations are is very important. Every customer has different ideas and goals for their projects, so we make sure we are all on the same page. I thoroughly explain what we will be doing and allow customers to ask as many questions as needed. I will also make any recommendations to help the customer know any additional options that make work better for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this for many years. We own a fully functional farm and do everything under the sun.
