- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I really don't because each job is so different.You really don't know what you are going to run into when trying to install item's.Maybe you have really high ceiling's,perliner's in the wall or no room in the attic to access area's of the home or office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with them and build a comfort level.Let them know that I will help them anyway that I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years experience in the electrical field.I hold a state of Georgia unrestricted electrical contactor's license which you can view on my profile.I take 4hrs in continuing education every year.
