I messaged David one night and he showed up for the inspection the next morning! I came ay the end of the inspection and he walked me through every detail. He is very thorough. As he wrote up his inspection notes he made sure to send me more up close pictures that a flooring specialist would find most helpful. Any time I need a Georgia based inspection again, I’ll definitely call Hilltop.

Very thorough and communicated well! We lived out of state for the house that he and his company inspected and saved us from purchasing a home that would have costed more money then it was worth. Above and beyond service! Will use again if we find another home in GA!

I had David come out to inspect a home that I inherited. He worked with me coming out when I was in town so I could walk around with him. If I lived in the area I would use him for every home inspection I needed. He was very pleasant and great to talk to as we walked the property. Inspection prices will vary depending on the size of the home, age of the home, location, and ancillary services if requested. Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial investments we make in our lifetime...don't leave anything to chance. "A quality home inspection today, improves quality of life tomorrow."
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to answer any questions they may have then walk them through the inspection process and invite them to attend the inspection. We're on the same team and it's important that my clients know that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector. I received certifications through AHIT (American Home InspectorsTraining) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). InterNACHI ID: NACHI23100617.
