- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing as an insurance adjuster may be a one time fee. If I’m hired to that the contractors or to use my own crew the fee is in the insurance claim. Due to no overhead we only charge our fees and retail cost for the materials and labor provided. We have discounts for referrals according to state regulations and discounts on multiple family referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would educate the homeowner in insurance policy, law and language. We will then review their policy to make sure they have appropriate coverage or make the necessary adjustments. I would then inspect their roof in any interior damages for signs of dwelling damage due to weather related events. We will then discuss whether there is a need to move forward with an insurance claim or do a small repair ourselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
And engineering background in the automotive industry which can be used to double over into the construction field. I have Insurance adjusting licenses for the resident adjusters of Georgia, Florida and Michigan. I have training in insurance software estimate Writting, mold mediation and construction repair.
