FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, we want our customers to know they are getting high quality at a low price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, introductions are key. I want the customer to know I am there as a friend not a stranger. I want to talk about the job and what they have in mind. I like to offer suggestions (if they are open) that I think they may prefer over the original idea. I like to check current market price on material and provide an accurate quote. Then I like to walk the job down with the customer one more time to ensure we have the same understanding of the job. I like to address any comments/concerns before we start work to ensure 100% satisfaction. I complete the work and the customer will know they can contact me anytime with comments/concerns.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a pipeliner (and still do part time) and was the inspector for the grading company that would do all our excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and sod work. I learned a lot overseeing these crews and took an interest to doing it myself.
