I usually did the HR Block thing and hated their process. I've purchased homes and definitely needed a CPA at this point. I was nervous about hiring online, but the process was perfect and Andrew replied to every concern, email, and question. Will use for life!Mar 29, 2016Verified
We've worked with Andrew for the past 2 years for tax preparation. He's made the process easy for us! Andrew is always responsive, very knowledgeable and straightforward with his advice. He's been a big help in not only getting our current tax year affairs in order but also in proactive planning for the next year.Oct 29, 2015Verified
Andrew Poulos has been working with me on my back tax problems. He has totally handled all aspects of filing my taxes as well as dealing the with Internal Revenue Service. I feel confident that he was the best person for this problem I had. I also transitioned to another state and he is still working with me to get this settled. His advise and ability to handle my problems has taken away a lot of the anxiety and frustration I've had to deal with this issue. Any time I've had to get in touch with him, it was immediate. I highly recommend him and will continue to have him take care of my taxes in the future.May 14, 2015Verified
Andrew is outstanding at what he does. He is well worth the reasonable fees he charges. He found many more deductions for me than I did when I used to do my taxes with a software package. He is always courteous and prompt in replying to questions even a week before the 15th.May 14, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The majority of our services are based on a flat fee pricing structure. This is designed to make sure that our clients know what they will be charged. We operate with high integrity and do not nickle and dime our clients, nor do we use any bait and switch tactics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I spend approximately 60 hours a year getting continuing education so I can keep abreast of the latest accounting and tax information, which allows me to best assist my clients. Additionally, being a nationally recognized speaker I teach continuing education tax law seminars for various organizations and universities including the National Society of Accountants, Auburn University, and University of North Carolina-Charlotte among others.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was always good with numbers ever since I was in high school. My parents owned a business and I helped with the bookkeeping at a very young age, which gave me business and accounting skills to get me interested in the field. I took my first accounting class in my junior year of high school and the subject matter came naturally to me. I knew from a young age this is the career I wanted to pursue.
