- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My starting price for tax service is $260.00. The starting price for accounting service is $250.00. The price increases based of the needs of the client. I do provide discounts for new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person to discuss my client's needs. I gather more needed information and discuss pricing. After the first meeting, all communication is electronic if the client is comfortable. We meet again to complete signatures and payment before the final product is submitted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in Accounting and M.S coursework in Taxation. I also have eight years of working in the Accounting field.
