Really, really nice guy but very pricey for small jobs and does not quote price before doing the job. Charged $350 to install a $15-$25 toilet repair kit. It also took him 3 weeks to resolve a leaking sink issue after already being paid for an issue that supposedly to have already been fixed. It turned out, pouring liquid plumber down drain resolved issue - charged $250. Really nice guy though. I guess niceness cost.
