Mr. Porter was very professional and went straight to the source of the problem. He informed me of the issue, explaining my options yet never coercing me to change a part that was still functional. My printer was working again in no time. I will definitely be working with him again in the future. In fact, I asked him to look up the part just in case I decided to change it.
