Tyson, Southern Handyman, fixed rotten woods on three dormers. The house looks as if it underwent a whole face lift :-). The work was done well and in a timely maner. Tyson is a reliable and skilled handyman/contractor. I already called him for another job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive rates for above average work. I offer flat-rate pricing for common handyman services based on average market price. And, I charge an hourly rate of $60 for nonstandard jobs. I offer free quotes or cost estimates upon request.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started with this type of work, by helping my father, who is also a contractor. Subsequently, I gained more experience by working with other contractors. I've been doing this type of work for 20+ years.
