I met Tyson thru a high school friend to finish my deck! It turned out perfect! He also fixed the prior people job that was not done correctly! He also has a very neat tool box and truck and cleans up his work after ! Highly recommended !

I had a “punch list” of items I needed addressed before listing my house and I found Tyson through Facebook. I called him, we talked about the work I needed to have done, he shared how he prices his work and we picked a date and time. As I recall, I had a small window of opportunity to get the work done and Tyson accommodated that. He arrived when he said he would and he completed everything on my list ... quickly and in one case, very creatively. If you need a talented, honest, hard working handyman, Tyson is your guy. I no longer live in his service area but if I did, I would have him on speed dial!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive rates for above average work. I offer flat-rate pricing for common handyman services based on average market price. And, I charge an hourly rate of $60 for nonstandard jobs. I offer free quotes or cost estimates upon request.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started with this type of work, by helping my father, who is also a contractor. Subsequently, I gained more experience by working with other contractors. I've been doing this type of work for 20+ years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with home owners, landlords, real estate agents and commercial property owners.
