James was very responsive (came the next day after I contacted him thru Thumbtack), provided a fair quote, and was nice. He repaired two screens that had come out of their splines in our porch. Small job, but we really needed it done. We assume the fix will hold and I have no doubt that if it doesn't, James would be happy to come back.
