I just bought a house and the previous owner had cats. I am allergic to cats. It was Avila Summit's job to deep clean every surface in the house so that no allergens remained. Maria and her crew did not miss a dot. They meticulously deep cleaned every inch of space that could have contained dirt, cat hair, dust, or dander: ceilings, shelves, door ledges, blinds, the blades on ceiling fans, walls, floors, baseboards, cabinet tops, drawers, and more. It was a phenomenal job. The outcome, professionalism, and value were tremendous. I plan on hiring Avila Summit again, so stay tuned... I will let you know if my second impression of them is as incredible as this first experience was.

We just moved into our new townhome and it became overwhelming! Our new washer/dryer was delayed and we've been traveling - so laundry really backed up! I have to say that it took a long time, but the cleaning was so thorough, caring and done just as I wanted - so I don't care. During the cleaning, they were even able to complete and put away 3 loads of laundry (which take an hour each in the machines.) Lastly, they did a lot of organizing for all of the little things we had scattered about (pens, cords, bills, coffee cups... lol) Floors are vacuumed & mopped. Bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling. Overall I've always been extremely happy with their service and I've hired them to come every 2 weeks from now on.
