I am BLOWN AWAY by Maria and Avila Summit!!! Just blown away. Firstly, she operates professionally, flawlessly. Secondly, her work is out of this world. I am an OCD, label addicted organizer but was overwhelmed with our recent move. She came in and needed very little direction and no supervision and just knew what she was doing and did doubly what I had anticipated. I needed help unpacking and she totally and beautifully organized, including labeled, everything. I couldn’t believe how quickly she worked either. And her rates can’t be beat. I felt happily overwhelmed almost to tears when I checked on things just a few hrs later. And the days not even over yet!

I just bought a house and the previous owner had cats. I am allergic to cats. It was Avila Summit's job to deep clean every surface in the house so that no allergens remained. Maria and her crew did not miss a dot. They meticulously deep cleaned every inch of space that could have contained dirt, cat hair, dust, or dander: ceilings, shelves, door ledges, blinds, the blades on ceiling fans, walls, floors, baseboards, cabinet tops, drawers, and more. It was a phenomenal job. The outcome, professionalism, and value were tremendous. I plan on hiring Avila Summit again, so stay tuned... I will let you know if my second impression of them is as incredible as this first experience was.

They arrived as a team and worked strategically in our then empty house for a one-time cleanup. The movers had just finished.
The team refreshed the house for the new buyers. They should be very pleased with the ‘spit and polish’ emanating throughout the house. Very professional, cleaned thoroughly.
Great job by a professional group; and they accommodated a couple of extra requests. I would have them back for regular service.

The team came out and did a walk through to confirm my cost. They saw everything that needed to be done and gave me an excellent price. I liked their energy and so we agreed on a date. I had to reschedule and they were able to accommodate my change. When they did arrive as rescheduled, they came in and did an amazing job!! I'm sooo happy with how my home looks and I will definitely use them again. The bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, everything looks amazing. They even cleaned things I didn't think to ask about. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to all of my friends. Thanks Maria!!!

I absolutely 200% would recommend hiring Avila Summit for your packing/unpacking and/or your cleaning needs. I recently hired them for both packing and cleaning services and they exceeded my expectations. Anna cleaned my townhome from.top to bottom and did an excellent job!! Alex and Maria helped me pack with my upcoming move and I was absolutely blown away of how well organized, detailed oriented, fast and efficient they were. They are the best at what they do and their rates are very reasonable...I plan to use them monthly for cleaning services and would highly recommend them for your needs.
