I was initially excited to see the results of how well A Touch of Mother Love would clean my home but became dispointed when our agreed upon time of 2pm was a no show. I texted 1: 34pm for a call prior to arrival to provide parking instructions, no reply; i texted again 2:38 pm to see if Serena was still coming, no reply. I waited, but thought about my office work I really needed to do. I left home 2:54 pm. Received a text 3:04 pm stating: She still be on the way. I disregarded. Phone callls began but I was driving. Serena did explain she had been cleaning and lost track of time. I texted... do not come, our appointment was 2pm, I and I hdid not hear back from you. I have to work.
I will try a different cleaning company. Prayerfully, they will be on time.
