I can NOT say enough how amazing this young man is!!!!! He was so efficient and excellent in clearing out my living room furniture, I actually rehired him to deliver the new living room set. Not to mention his partner is an absolute gem and sweetheart who was super easy, thorough, and professional with the invoicing and logistics.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After pictures are sent. A quote is given. Upon arrival a on site estimate is completed. Any addtl items or situations (etc. stairs) are accounted for. After removal final approval is received from customer. Payment expected at time of services.
