If I could choose more attributes I would. Matt is an outstanding coach! I had multiple interviews with companies for sales roles prior to working with Matt. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no minimum number of sessions required, but I do provide discounts for a series of sessions booked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step with a client is to create a position profile, identifying the type of work they want to pursue (geography, industries, titles, timeline, compensation, etc.). From there we map out a strategy which combines updates to resume/Linkedin profile, networking activity and focused applications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I oversee Talent Acquisition for my organization during the day, which gives me a behind-the-scenes perspective to support freelance clients outside of business hours. I am familiar with how hiring managers review resumes, what interviewers want to see in interviews, and the best practices for negotiating an offer which is the right fit for you.
