Gal was amazing!! From the moment I submitted the problem on Thumbtack to the moment the project was completed, Gal was exceptional. He reached out, offered to come by for an inspection and give a quote. Offered 2 suggestions and fixed it while he was on-site. Amazing customer service!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the introduction part, I will inspect your problem and try to find the best solution for you at a good time, no one wants a service person at their home all day long, I will also listen and match your needs to your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad was a contractor and I’ve been working with him since I was a little kid, have always been handy, known the locksmith area for about 6 years, trained by another company and taking private classes from other professionals from the locksmith industry.
