- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee is a suggested donation. It covers materials and instruction that you will have access to throughout your sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your first visit, we will assess your needs, make recommendations and provide you with solutions to correct the issue(s). You will then determine if you would like to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I have 20, plus years of Ministerial Counseling. We are also Marriage on the Rock Certified Counselors. We have ministered with countless numbers of couples, both pre-marital and marriage counseling.
