Blake is amazing! We have very particular requirements and had been looking for a house for us for over five years. When we were finally ready to bring an agent in, we wanted an agent who really listened to us. Blake was great and offered us guidance and advice but never pushed us. He was very honest and guided us where we needed. He was also super patient with answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Great experience, would 100% recommend Blake and Tracy. We just sold our townhouse with Blake and Tracy and everything about the experience was great. They were on top of everything, communicative, and reassuring, while also sharing their experience. They are very personable and in short it was a great experience. I would 10000% list with them again. Our house sold super quickly and the whole process was seamless. They were always ready to help figure out any details or anything needed, and were a pleasure to interact with. They are super knowledgeable, and there is nothing better than knowing the experience is in the hands of someone experienced and engaged.

I cant say enough good things about how Blake handled our property. Nothing seemed to throw him for a loop, and there were many things that could have! I am amazed at how quickly he found us several buyers, talked us through pros and cons, and helped us settle on the right one and negotiated the price. We so much appreciate all the extras he did for us, the many many times he met us at the house for various things, hired great workers to get the house and grounds ready to sell, answered our multitude of questions promptly, and was always one step ahead of us.
