FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate fees typically fall into two main categories: agent commissions and closing costs. How these fees break down depends on whether you are buying or selling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process focuses on clear communication, thorough discovery, and personalized support: Initial Consultation: We begin with a detailed conversation to discuss your specific goals, preferences, timeline, and budget. Strategy & Planning: Based on your needs, I put together a customized plan of action (whether that’s mapping out home searches or creating a marketing strategy to list a property). Execution & Guidance: I guide you step-by-step through viewing properties or showing your home, handling negotiations, and organizing paperwork. Closing & Ongoing Support: I assist through the final inspection, title work, and closing process—and remain available as a trusted resource long after the transaction is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a current real estate license, which required completing state-approved pre-licensing coursework covering real estate law, contract preparation, property valuation, and ethical practices, followed by passing the state licensing examination. To maintain my license and stay current on market trends, I regularly complete continuing education courses focused on real estate law updates, advanced negotiation tactics, local market analysis, and digital marketing strategies.
