Chia did a wonderful job. My previous contractor did not lay bathroom tiles correctly and water was getting behind tiles and causing mold to grow around joining of tiles and shower pan. Chia removed first row of tiles and cleaned up old grout. He laid new tiles and shower looks clean and new. Hire him - you won’t regret it.

I had an overall horrible experience with this contractor but I’ll start with the positive. PROS: - He showed up on the day he agreed but an hour late - He purchased the materials needed for the job (to be reimbursed later) - He drove to the other side of town to pick up windows that wouldn’t fit in my vehicle - He had a decent price (more on that later) - He worked hard in difficult circumstances (no a/c for the first day and challenging sized window) - He definitely has skills Now on the negatives CONS - While installing windows he damaged the drywall and didn’t bother repairing it (he said it’s not his problem) - He left the old windows and lots of broken glass in the front yard (he said it’s not his problem essentially) - He was also hired to install a faucet and demanded payment even though it wasn’t operational (I ended up getting a new one which he installed and works) - When I asked about the windows being painted he conveniently said it wasn’t not included in the price - When I told him I couldn’t pay him for the faucet until it’s working he threatened to come into the him and take out the windows and faucets - When I stood my ground on not paying for incomplete work he resorted to threatening me by saying “I’m crazy” and I can “call the police or call whoever” Needless to say I will not work with him again and do so at your own risk.
