Starr was very responsive and professional, I did decide to go another route simply because I went back and forth with myself on if I wanted to decorate myself. I would definitely try yo use her services in the future.

Completely disappointed and disheartened at the unprofessionalism and disrespect I feel we were given at our wedding ceremony. Communications with Starr had been fine prior to. Never would’ve expected her to have such a terrible attitude the day of our wedding and communicating in the manner in which she did to the coordinator. The first strike was being 2 hours late for our rehearsal dinner which the time had been communicated. We only had the spot for two hours which her arrival would’ve been at the time we had to leave. Due to her absence, she communicated she’d refund me for the rehearsal but she did not hold to that. The day of the wedding she was also pushing it very close to the start time. The face captured in our photos was also the same face and attitude she seemed to maintain since she arrived. If you don’t want to commit to the terms of a wedding, you shouldn’t have. We were transparent of our circumstances and gave you the option to not move forward which you assured us you were just fine. So you took our money, but gave us no respect which makes you a shameful person. And for those that are curious as to what faces may have been given, please see photo.

Mobile rate for notarization is $20 (up to 10 miles outside of 30084). For additional information regarding rates please view website or call customer service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free phone consultation is held up to 1 hour, possibly. In person consultations are booked on an individual basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been ordained and providing Ministerial services many years. I also have over 5 years experience in the wedding industry prior to becoming ordained. Plus I grew up watching my mother and great-grandmother work in a floral shop. I think that’s where I found my love to make bouquets.
