Crystal is very kind and considerate of people and pays attention to detail. She provided good advice and game e this her all. I believe her kind letter helped make me stand out in other applications and in turn I got the job at Starbucks that I was hoping for.

Crystal did an amazing job with my resume. I was attracted by the price but skeptical. She went above and beyond what I expected and I will recommend her anyone needing a resume. Well worth hiring and the price made it that much better. thanks

I was expecting and up to date resume. I received the same very old resume style. the resume was shorten, and my name and address were placed in a new location. while proofing, I was told that the errors were ones that I could do myself???? I was trying to save time and ended up wasting money. I ended up doing my own resume.
Crystal Tedder's reply
After conference-calling someone who lives on Amelia's side of town to give Amelia directions to a place near where she lives & works so that we could meet, I provided this client a more professional resume draft (clip art & border on Amelia's original gave the resume a very amateur-ish look). My version did keep the same general style (I told her the general layout looked fine & she never asked me to deviate). But I made significant content wording & positioning changes to better showcase a teacher's most valuable attributes: leadership activities as a staff person & her effectiveness improving student performance. I then made more changes at her behest & emailed her, not one, but two final versions. I always tell clients they are free to make any changes they like (I email product in Word, not PDF). I am truly sorry Amelia was not satisfied, however, I feel I went out of my way for this client and stand behind my work.
